Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next business day. Processing times may be longer during busy periods such as new set releases.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to Ireland and the European Union.

Delivery Estimates
Ireland: 1–3 business days
UK: 3–7 business days
EU: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Packaging
All trading cards are securely packaged. Singles are sleeved and protected, and all orders are shipped in durable envelopes or boxes to prevent damage.

Tracked Shipping
Tracked shipping includes a tracking number and is recommended for higher-value orders. Untracked shipping is available at a lower cost but is sent at the customer’s risk.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for lost or delayed untracked shipments. If your tracked order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be shipped once they are released. If your order includes pre-order items, it will be shipped when all items are available.
